Take your beads and wrap them around your waist, stomach or hips where you would like them to fall.
Make sure you are relaxed, NOT sucking in your stomach. You don't want your beads too tight. You should keep in mind that they become tighter due to monthly bloating, weight gain, and/or becoming full/over eating.
Once you have found the perfect spot, proceed to slide excess beads down the thread. Once you have enough thread exposed, you can then double, or even triple knot the thread.
Cut off the excess string/ beads by getting as close to the knot as you can.
You have now tied on your waist beads!
